As of February 10th, Eagle Technology AS will acquire 100 % of the shares in DUE MILJØ AS and Norcape Biotechnology AS. With this, Eagle wants to take a strategic position in the liquid separation market for the process and food industry. Eagle has extensive experience from the maritime industry in the past (founders of Teknotherm AS and Therma Industri AS). In addition, Eagle possesses considerable expertise in the development, operation and production of membrane systems through our subsidiaries Rena Quality Group and Eagle Technology AS.
With this acquisition, current and potential customers, suppliers and partners of DUE MILJØ AS and Norcape Biotechnology AS will have advantages of:
